Also, unsigned drafts of a letter congratulating Wills Hill, Earl of Hillsborough, on his appointment as a secretary of state in the government of George III (1768); in a letter from Richard Mather of Lyme, Conn., to Ezra Stiles, a set of questions to the Colony of Connecticut from the British Commissioners for Trade and Plantations (the Board of Trade) in regard to population, industries, and trade (1761); and drafts of answers to these questions.
